By Matshidiso Makhalanyane   Prof Lourens van Standen cordially invites all parents and guardians of registered students from both the Soshanguve North and South campuses to a meeting where members of Management will address and discuss a number of matters relating to these two campuses.  One such matter will be the recent closing of, as well as the way forward for these campuses. Venue: Gencor Hall Date: Saturday, 19 March 2016 Time: 11:00-13:00 Tshwane University of Technology has found a way to reach out to the parents of its students in order to fix the mess and look for a way forward. Due to many instances of same nature which have occurred too many times before, a way for fixing the violence has to be found as a way forward. “Tut acknowledges that thanks to continuing protest, 2016 has been a tough year so far for students at two Soshanguve campuses which have been closed down for the rest of the semester until April 5th. TUT wants to sort this out ASAP, once and for all. It values the views of its students and parents. All parents of Sosh students are invited to a tuneful meeting on Saturday March 19th. The meeting will be at the Gencor Hall on the Soshanguve South Campus starting at 11am. TUT welcomes all parents of its Soshanguve campus students. It aims to share TUT`s plans with them and to get their inputs and hopes profoundly that the meeting will charts a way forward for students, their parents and TUT. More such meetings are planned for 2016 and in the longer run.” TshwaneFM93.6
