bicycle             As a student, you’re always busy. It can be difficult to find time to work out. During the week you just want to relax or go out with friends after a busy day of classes. Waking up early to get some exercise in seems like a good idea. That’s until your alarm goes off in the morning, of course. And weekends are when we want to relax and have some fun. So how do you add exercise to your life without giving up your free time? You add some exercise fun to your weekend activities. It’s important that you relax and enjoy your weekend, but it's important that you don’t neglect your health. Here are some ideas. Start a sport - Whether you’re interested in team sports or just want to head down to your campus gym, starting a new sport is both fun and exciting. Get some of your friends together and make a plan to get off the couch and get active. Sometimes, getting a little competitive can make it extra fun. Get dancing - You have fun getting down at the clubs, so why not turn it into exercise? You could try one of those aerobics/ dance gym classes, or salsa classes with a partner. You could also try learning some hip hop moves at a local studio. Dancing is the best ideal way to get fit while also having fun. The best part is that an hour is long enough to get your sweat on, so you’ll have the rest of the day to relax. Just remember to make sure you’re wearing the right type of supportive women’s underwear for vigorous exercise! Climb a mountain - If you're lucky enough to live in an area with mountains, you may want to get up at 5am to explore them. It might not seem like the best idea at first. But once you’re looking at the view from the top of the mountain, it’ll seem worth it. Take your friends and make a morning of it with snacks. Who knows, this might become a regular activity? Explore your area - Take a Saturday and dedicate it to exploring your neighbourhood or campus on foot or by bicycle. Start early in the morning, grab a cup of coffee while you’re on the go and get walking. Stop to look around at the area and appreciate your surroundings. You’ll get that exercise you’re in search of and enjoy your area. As always, be safe while you're out. Image: Pexels
